With our transformation from Amaramba Capital Broker to Amaramba Capital Dealer in June 2022, we established ourselves as Mozambique's largest non–monetary financial institution. Under our former identity, our service offering was relatively modest in scope, operating primarily as a brokerage – a member of the Mozambique Securities Exchange (BVM) and an affiliate of the Central Securities Depository (CVM).
We distinguish ourselves through the delivery of best–in–class services across the capital markets and securities finance sectors. Our transformation from brokerage to dealership firm was underpinned by strategic market segmentation, investor management and mobilization, and by assuming a pivotal role as representatives of the Mozambican State in its primary issuances of Treasury Bonds.
